What are your operating times?

The ODA Liquor Store, Operators of drinks2u247 is open between the Hours of 9am-8pm from Mondays to Saturdays and 1pm-7pm on Sundays. The Store is located at CEO’s Place 5 Lekky County/Ikota Alternative Link Road Ikota Lekki Lagos. However our Online store drinks2u247.com is opened for you to place and track orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How do I place an order?

We have a minimum order of 20,000 naira and an unlimited maximum order.

Can I order by telephone or email?

It is best to use our online system to place your orders, but we understand that sometimes you may like to speak to someone or there may be technical issues. Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

You may cancel your order once it has been placed before delivery.

Are my transactions secure?

Yes! Your transactions are secure. Your payment information is not made visible or accessible to the outside world as our servers are maintained and hosted in a secure location. You also have the options of  direct transfer to our Bank Account if you do not feel comfortable using your payment cards online.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit, debit cards and Bank Transfer. Payment options are given during the checkout process.

Where is my order?

Delayed orders can occur due to some reasons out of our control, we ask that you give us a maximum of 48hours and you would receive your orders within Lagos.You can still contact our customer services team, who will be happy to help.

Who will deliver my order?

Our dispatch riders will deliver to you. When our dispatch riders are fully booked, we contract a courier service to get your orders across to you.

Do you offer Same Day delivery?

We always ensure all deliveries are same day for Customers within Lagos Island, Victoria Island down to Ajah. However all deliveries would be a maximum of 48 hours to our customers within Lagos. We do not deliver outside lagos.

Do you deliver and how much is the delivery charge?

We have a standard delivery charge for deliveries within Lagos metropolis which ranges from N1000 to a Maximum of N15,000.

Can you deliver to a different address from the billing address?

Yes. This option is given to you during the checkout process. Please take care when entering your delivery details.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. You can pick up your order at the store  CEO’s Place 5 Lekky County/Ikota Alternative Link Road Ikota Lekki Lagos

I received a faulty/damaged bottle, what shall I do?

Shipping bottles and (fairly) fragile products can lead to damages whilst your order is in transit. Your orders are always carefully packaged before being dispatched and we instruct our courier service providers to treat them with care. Should you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will always replace the same for you.
